Assemble XT60 connector. Solder XT60 male connector to PCB and insert it in the printed parts. Follow the pictures. Source files for PCB are on GitLab, follow the link in part list above.
XT60 connector assembly
Assemble connectors in Main unit support body. Insert M3 squared nuts into holes using pliers and push it to the end of the hole by screwdriver. Use M3x12 screws to fit the 10 pin connectors. For XT60 connector use the M3x16 screws.
Assemble connectors into Main unit support body
Put the body parts together. Use threaded rods M3x215 mm. Screw on the threaded rods to one half of M3x8 nuts and fix it by screw. Insert the serrated lock washer and 3.2x9 washer on the rods. Insert the rods into the body. Put the washers on the other side and screw on the nuts. Both sides have same nuts and washers. Tighten firmly but carefully. Finally remove the screws used to fix the nuts.
Put the body parts together
Assemble the Wheel units. On one end of the M3x425 mm threaded rod fix the nut by super glue. Apply on all six rods. Insert the 3,2 serrated lock washer and 3,2/9 washer on rods. Put the shorter beams into the body. Put on the fender holder on them. Then put on the longer beams and the wheel unit. Use the prepared threaded rods to hold it together. On the other side do the same. Holes for nuts on fender holder must be oriented out of the body. Put on the washers and screw on the nuts. Tighten firmly but carefully. The wheel units must be parpendicular to the body.
Assemble the Wheel units.
Assemble fenders and beam covers. Insert M3 squared nuts into the fender holders. Use the M3x25 screw to fix the fenders. Finally fix the beam covers by M3x25 screws.
